Liquid rennet

Rennet obtained with advanced extraction technologies from controlled and certified abomasi, keeping intact all the fundamental components.
Various types of rennet are available depending on the characteristics of the milk to be processed and the product to be obtained; preferring, according to needs, the right percentage ratio between chymosin and pepsin.
