Coagulants

The MC and K lines of Karmel Italia are obtained by fermentation and, in addition to highly industrial processing, meet the demands of some booming markets, such as vegetarian and vegan.
They ensure a high stability in use and thanks to their specific characteristics improve the formation of the clot, also favoring the structure, yield and preservation of the product.
